Premier Mobile Vets is a full service veterinary house call practice serving most of DuPage County as well as areas of Cook, Kane and Kendall Counties. We provide high quality, convenient care and even have evening and weekend appointments available.

With in-home euthanasia services being limited in most areas, we are often able to travel outside of our coverage area for this special need.

About Dr. Dayna Wardell Ames
Dr. Dayna Wardell Ames was born and raised in the western suburbs of Chicago. She is a 2006 graduate of Kansas State University, College of Veterinary Medicine where she graduated Cum Laude, earning her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree.

Dr. Ames is the founder and owner of Premier Mobile Vets. After struggling with scheduling issues between work and family, she recognized a need in the community for a vet that still makes house calls. Dr. Ames found a retired ambulance for sale on Craigslist (you can find anything on the internet these days), converted it to a work truck and Premier Mobile Vets was born!

Dr. Ames enjoys spending time with her family, including her husband and 4 children and large extended family nearby. When she’s not out on a call, Dr. Ames can usually be found running kids around from school to soccer to dance and everywhere in between.
